Introducing Geeni Sign: Get to Yes Faster with Seamless Quote Approvals

Getting a quote signed shouldn’t feel like chasing shadows - but for many service teams, delays, paperwork, and back-and-forth emails are still part of the process. That’s why we’ve launched Geeni Sign, a new add-on for Service Geeni that gives your customers a quick, secure way to approve quotes online, all within the system you already use.

What Is Geeni Sign?

Geeni Sign lets you send quotes that your customers can view and sign digitally, using a secure link sent straight from Service Geeni. There’s no need to switch tools or search through inboxes to find the latest version - everything’s connected to the job, the quote, and your workflow.

Once signed, the quote is saved automatically to the relevant record with a full audit trail. If the quote needs updating, you can revise and resend it with the click of a button, and the system will keep track of which version was signed and when.
