Board of Directors

Arlene Adams
Arlene has served as Chair of KCA Holdings, Service Geeni's parent company, since 2022. She brings 30 years in the tech sector, including 20 at board level. Her exec career included CEO roles at multiple software companies, leading successful funding rounds and exits, and founding a legal SaaS platform through rapid growth to exit. She now supports management teams in raising growth capital across high-growth software and AI ventures.

Jonathan Heaton
Jonathan founded KCA Holdings in 1990 and launched Service Geeni in 2016. His background in field service software began through early work with forklift and material handling dealers, a focus that has shaped every generation of the product since. He has worked across development, project management, and sales throughout his career and holds an MA from Emmanuel College, Cambridge.

James Bowling
James has been with Service Geeni since 2023, leading the finance function across financial planning, forecasting, cash management, and board reporting. Before joining, he spent over a decade in senior finance roles within high-growth software and e-commerce businesses, including AIM-listed and PE-backed environments. He is an ACA-qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the ICAEW.

Mark Howes
Mark joined Service Geeni in April 2025 as CRO, owning sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer growth. Before joining, he was VP EMEA at a leading e-commerce platform, where he was part of the team through their IPO, and earlier supported retail and distribution businesses with ERP and service management solutions. He brings decades of experience building and scaling revenue teams across different markets and growth stages.

Ryan Musselwhite
Ryan joined Service Geeni in 2023 and leads product, design, and engineering across the platform. He brings a background in B2B SaaS product leadership, including multi-product portfolios exceeding $50m ARR, and is focused on applying AI in practical ways that improve operational control for customers. He holds a first-class BSc in Computer Network Management from the University of Portsmouth and is TOGAF 9.1 certified.

Stefan Nowakowski
Stefan joined the Service Geeni board as a representative of BGF, the company's investment partner. He brings over a decade of private equity experience, having progressed to Investment Director at a leading UK transformational PE firm, with earlier experience in M&A due diligence at a global professional services firm. He holds a BSc in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Leeds.
Leadership Team

Aimee Ward
Aimee joined Service Geeni in 2023 and leads the marketing team across the website, SEO, events, and sales collateral. Before joining, she spent over 10 years in marketing for technology companies. She is particularly focused on communicating Service Geeni's capabilities clearly, helping prospective customers quickly understand whether the platform meets their needs. Aimee holds a BA in English from the University of London.

David Rawsthorne
David has been with Service Geeni since 2017, progressing from Project Manager through to Head of Customer Success. In his current role he leads onboarding, implementation, and long-term customer outcomes, ensuring customers get measurable value from the platform. He began his career as a Business Analyst at the company's parent organisation and holds a first-class BSc in Computer Science from Newcastle University.

Erika Goldman
Erika has been with Service Geeni since 2022, leading customer support, customer success, and professional services across the full customer lifecycle. She brings 23 years of experience in field service management software, spanning field sales, mobile adoption, and SaaS transition. She is known for her data-driven approach to building scalable processes that help customers achieve measurable outcomes.

James Goulbourne
James has been part of the Service Geeni team since 2020, having spent the previous eight years in software support and development roles at the company's parent organisation, Key Computers Ltd. He leads the support function, overseeing SLA delivery, technical issue resolution, and team development. He holds a BSc in Computing from the University of Central Lancashire.

Ryan Prescott
Ryan joined Service Geeni full time in 2025, having been sponsored by the company through his final year at university. He leads engineering delivery, architecture, and team capability across the platform. He holds a degree in Mathematics with Software Engineering and is Microsoft certified in both DevOps and Azure AI, with a particular focus on integrations and mobile capability.
