Jonathan Heaton

Jonathan is Founder and CEO of KCA Holdings, the parent company of Service Geeni, having served as a director since registering the business in August 1990. He founded Service Geeni itself in 2016, setting up our Bangalore development team, with the goal of building one sophisticated product that could serve companies globally, rather than bespoke builds for individual clients.

Jonathan's route into service management software began through his father, an IT consultant working with Material Handling dealers, and has run through every generation of the company's products since, from early Unix/COBOL systems to today's Service Geeni platform. Over the years he has worked across development, business analysis, project management and sales, progressing from Technical Director to Managing Director and now CEO. He holds an MA from Emmanuel College, Cambridge.

Jonathan's focus today is leading Service Geeni's evolution into an AI-native field service platform, while ensuring strong functional coverage and operational efficiency for customers running teams of field engineers.
