Introducing AI Route Optimisation to Service Geeni: Smarter Schedules, Lower Costs

What is AI Route Optimisation?

AI Route Optimisation is a tool designed to take the manual work out of planning job schedules for service engineers. It works by automatically distributing jobs across engineering teams based on a number of factors: 

  • Job locations and travel times
  • SLA deadlines
  • Engineer skillsets and qualifications
  • Engineer working hours and availability
  • Average time taken to complete each job type

It then generates the most efficient plan for each available engineer, choosing routes that optimise their day. 

You’ll be notified when a more efficient schedule is available. If you accept the suggested route, it’s published directly to your team’s devices for the following day. But don’t worry, you are in full control and can adjust schedules before publishing if needed!
