Ryan Prescott

Ryan Prescott is Director of Engineering at Service Geeni, a role he took on in 2025. He has been with Key Computers and Service Geeni for over 20 years, having started as a Software Developer in 2005.

Ryan holds a degree in Mathematics with Software Engineering, alongside Microsoft certifications including DevOps Engineer Expert and Azure AI Engineer Associate. He is currently studying for the Level 5 Operations Manager apprenticeship and is a student member of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

At Service Geeni, Ryan's focus has centred on the mobile app and mobile communications, including offline functionality and data sync, as well as integrations between systems. He's particularly interested in joined-up data, helping customers reduce duplication and get more value from the product, with a consistent belief that software should support the people doing the work, rather than add to their burden.
